Stillness, coupled with gentle movement and meditation, is helpful to healing, releasing tension and bolstering resilience.

Anne has blended her competence as a psychologist with her yoga training and now offers Stillness workshops for individuals, small groups and work teams. Each workshop is tailored as a specific response to the needs and requests of the client. Prior consultation is necessary to design the optimal blend of stillness, yoga and meditation.

Stillness can be held in a choice of venues including Avalon, Ballycronnigan by the Sea and Hazlewood Stables.

Anne is a qualified yoga and meditation practitioner. Anne trained at Earthwise Yoga in Bree, County Wexford and is an accredited yoga teacher. She continues her yoga and meditation training with the renowned teacher Josh Summers, Boston, USA.
